We don't know the price yet, but we are informed that the case will be made of a polycarbonate/ABS shell and rubber overmolding for grip and drop protection.
There's also going to be sealed access to the keypad, scroll wheel, escape, power and mute buttons, as well as the programmable side button.
Oh and the screen cover. Did someone say screen cover?

Well, we're looking at a rigid screen cover and something called WL Gore membrane vents that allow sound to travel while the case is being protected from the elements.
There's asl a lockable latch and an o-ring case seal.
If ya really, really want a swivel belt clip, well Otter Box can do that, too.
